The focus here was on consistent customer orientation, particularly in terms of product information. The Task
As the online lead agency, Aperto worked on the continual development of the website for Siemens Household Appliances. Based on the new corporate design for all product segments of the Siemens group, this relaunch was among Aperto’s most recent projects.
The Solution
The homepage and different segment pages on the new portal are distinguished by a large stage. Flash animations and large-size images ensure that the products from Siemens Household Appliances get a market-driven presentation.
Defined categories and filter options on the homepage help users search for specific products. Through direct entry points, focal areas such as energy efficiency and special products can be accessed directly. Sales can therefore specifically focus on different highlights.
Among the other tasks of a lead agency are interactive campaigns and tools, themed websites and editorial support. In such, Aperto guarantees the cross-media implementation of communication measures and more – and has been doing so for 14 years now.
